Cancellation & Refund Policy

We, at Cotton king do our best to make sure our product quality and customer service is at the best it could possibly be. We do, however understand that some customers may want to cancel the order after its successfully placed and payment is made.

Note: Orders for all US locations non-serviceable by our private courier partners will be delivered via “India Post” service.

Cancellation Policy
There are cases where customers have placed an order by mistake or have changed their mind and would like to cancel their purchase/order. If this is the case, you can send us an e-mail within 2 hours of placing the order to info@cottonking.com requesting cancellation.

We will not be able to cancel an order after 2 hours of placing the order.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:
  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  2. After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
  3. Package refused by recipient.
  4. In case of minor design and colour variations. There will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.
